How do I order and pay?

Simply browse our online shop, add your item(s) to your cart and complete checkout.

Stirling Silver shop supports Credit Card payments, PayPal or Google Pay. Payments are processed safely and securely.

When will my order be shipped?

All items available to buy on the website are usually in the post within 2-3 working days. At Christmas and around other holidays and shopping events it's time in transit within the postal system may take a day or two longer and is outwith our control so please bear this in mind when making your purchases.

How will my order be sent?

Your order will be sent via the Royal Mail 24 tracked service. A tracking number will be provided once it has been shipped.

Where do you ship to?

We currently do not ship orders outside the United Kingdom.

Can my order be sent straight to my recipient?

Yes, just make sure you add the correct shipping address for your order.

What bangle size should I order?

- Measure your wrist with a measuring tape or a piece of string taking care not to pull too tight.

- Add 2cm to this measurement and then refer to the chart below.

How should I clean my jewellery?

Silver jewellery loves to be worn and it's the best way to keep tarnish at bay but if it does need a little help to shine again silver polishing cloths are ideal, just give your jewellery a wipe regularly to bring it back to life.

A care card and cloth will be sent with your order and provide you all you need to keep your jewellery looking it's best.

What is my jewellery made from?

Here at Stirling Silver we use recycled silver and gold.

All items that weigh over 7.79g of silver need to be hallmarked. Items under this weight do not need to carry a hallmark. The hallmark dealer's notice can be viewed below.

How will my order be presented?

All orders from Stirling Silver are packed with care and attention. Jewellery is presented in black jewellery boxes and comes with a care card and cleaning cloth.

All packaging is recycled and recyclable, we use cardboard boxes, shredded wood fibre and paper packing tape for posting the order to you.

Can I return my order?

If you are unhappy with your jewellery or have simply changed your mind you are entitled to return your order within 14 days of it arriving with you. Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised jewellery or items made to order, unless faulty. For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are also non-returnable unless faulty.
